愛犬放置平底鍋開爐火拍照 惡作劇男道歉
（中央社記者邱俊欽桃園17日電）桃園市魏姓男子將小狗放在瓦斯爐上的平底鍋，開著爐火拍照，上傳臉書，遭到檢舉。魏男因拒捕觸及妨礙公務罪嫌，但在交保後態度轉變，今天在臉書鞠躬道歉。
桃園市政府警察局平鎮警分局昨天接獲網友報案指出，26歲的魏姓男子將家中飼養的小狗，放置瓦斯爐上的平底鍋，開著爐火拍照，並將照片張貼到臉書（facebook)社群上，照片上可以看見小狗無助的站在點火的平底鍋上。
警方接獲報案後立刻處理，依照線索找到家住平鎮的魏男。魏男不願意配合警方調查，甚至一度與員警咆哮拉扯，遭到員警以涉及妨礙公務逮捕，所幸警方發現，照片中的小狗並無大礙，無明顯外傷，仍可在屋內四處走動。
警方表示，到案時供稱開火只是想燒水，幫小狗洗澡，當時貼文只想嚇嚇他的妹妹，並沒有傷害小狗意圖。
警方並通報桃園市政府動物保護處人員，釐清男子是否有違反動物保護法。
男子在交保後態度大變，今天並且在臉書中對著鏡頭3度鞠躬道歉，希望大家原諒他的過錯，並願意接受事後的懲罰。
男子的表姊也貼文代為緩頰，表示魏男因為打電話給他妹妹，妹妹故意不接，才貼照片嚇妹妹，並沒有傷害小狗的意圖。
有網友貼文表示支持，希望男子知錯能改，不要再做出傷害無辜動物的動作。（編輯：李亨山）1070617
